NTT DATA one of the top 10 IT services companies in the world, has reached the milestone of 100 employees in Greece, according to the strategic recruitment plan it had announced with the establishment of the Greek office in 2022.
NTT DATA Athens' new office is around 900 square meters and can accommodate around 100 people. During a special day for media representatives, Evangelos Konstantinis, Managing Director of NTT DATA Greece, inaugurated the new offices underlining NTT DATA’s commitment to the tech talent in the country.
“The goal for the Greek branch within the International Organisations is to achieve a growth rate of 15% in 2023, and to become an employer that provides career opportunities, creates added value, and strengthens the local economies in Greece. We currently employ more than 100 professionals, and the goal is to reach 400 employees by 2026. But our expectations don’t stop in Athens. We are also considering to gradually expanding outside of Athens to also bring our flexible model all over Greece”.
NTT DATA is an IT and business service headquartered in Tokyo. Greece is within NTT DATA Europe & LATAM, one the biggest regions in the company, a 3-billion-euro turnover company, and one of the leaders in the sector at the global level itself.
Greece is one of NTT DATA's stronger bets, positioned strongly in the International Organisations area within the company, a key field in the Public Sector and Health industry. This sector represents 26% of the business in the EMEAL region, and Greece is a cornerstone that will help boost this extremely relevant service for European Institutions.
