NTT DATA announced that it has helped Banco Pichincha transform its business by integrating the bank’s core system with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
For this innovative work, NTT DATA has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Financial Services. Specifically, the project that has earned them this award revolves around Banco Pichincha, one of the leaders in the medium-sized business, microfinance, and personal banking segments in Peru. Banco Pichincha’s challenge was to centralize customer commercial data—in addition to sales and service operations and management, support—with secure multi-device user access and integrate with their core banking system to provide customer information access through the CRM solution, among others.
NTT DATA, through its expertise, has integrated the bank’s core system, increased efficiency of the commercial action and its productive capacity. Therefore, it has directly contributed to the company’s ambitious growth plan by creating real-time visibility of the bank’s sales evolution and making rapid adoption of the tool possible. The solution not only serves not only the bank as a company but also the sales team in achieving its objectives and improved the CX and SLA’s.
