NTT DATA, present in a new edition of TM Forum's Catalyst program

For the fourth consecutive year, NTT DATA is participating in the Catalyst program, presenting two new innovative projects. This initiative, organised by TM Forum, aims to develop collaborative environments that promote innovation with leading companies in the sector. The Catalyst projects presented by everis this year are:

1. 5G Slicing as a service for B2B2X over Convergent Cloud Central Offices.

Together with Telefónica, American Tower, Salesforce, Matrixx, Compax, Blue Prism and Akamanta, NTT DATA is presenting a project that seeks to enhance the quality of service of the 5G Network Slices commercial offer through the application of new technologies such as network virtualisation, network sharing managed by blockchain and edge computing, among others. By doing so, telecommunications network operators can provide a cloud-native experience and simplify their interaction model with their B2B customers.

2. AI Autonomous CEI calculation over a zero-touch 5G network

In this case NTT DATA, in collaboration with Telefónica, Ericsson, Tutela and Devo, presents a platform that combines different technologies (big data, machine learning, 5G network) to optimise the calculation of the CEI (Customer Experience Index) and, in this way, improve the user experience with its operators. To do so, the platform analyses information on the network and mobile devices performance, and combines this data using algorithms to automatically act on the network, thus providing users with the best possible quality of service.

TM Forum's Catalyst programme is focused on encouraging the co-creation of innovative solutions that address important industry challenges, as well as bringing together a wide range of companies, industries and ecosystems by leveraging TM Forum standards, assets and practices, such as the TM Forum Digital Transformation World Series.
